Job Description

As a Guest Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service efforts. Your role involves engaging with guests, providing assistance, and ensuring their visit exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and manage the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Assist with event setups and guest services as needed.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
  • Provide information about local attractions and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate required
  • Hospitality management qualification preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Languages
