Requirements

Education

• Matric/High School Diploma
• Degree in Communications or related field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of helpdesk software
• Data entry skills

• Customer-oriented mindset
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with customer feedback tools: Familiarity with tools that gather and analyze customer feedback.
