• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law matters and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Work on contract negotiations, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and clients to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings to resolve disputes.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate law and legislative developments that may affect client operations.
• Facilitate corporate governance and compliance training sessions for clients.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a corporate lawyer
