Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics activities are in line with the company's strategic goals, fostering collaboration across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the logistics team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Evaluate vendor performance and work toward improving service levels.
• Develop logistics policies and procedures to align with company objectives.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in logistics operations.
• Create performance metrics and KPIs to assess logistics effectiveness.
• Lead projects to optimize the logistics network and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between logistics, procurement, and sales departments.
• Strategize on sustainable practices within logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Logistics or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of robust experience in logistics and supply chain
