Dynamic Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role will focus on various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for HR.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the recruitment process and track candidate progress.
• Onboard new hires and provide training on company culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
• Support conflict resolution and mediate employee disputes.
• Implement and monitor training and development programs.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Work closely with management to identify HR needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Post-graduate qualifications in HR are an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in HR Generalist role
