Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to oversee the daily operations in our production facilities. The successful candidate will manage production schedules, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and lead a team of skilled workers to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee production teams in achieving targets.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards.
  • Provide instructions and guidance to team members.
  • Track and report on production metrics and KPIs.
  • Solicit feedback from staff to improve workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Engage in problem-solving to maintain production flow.
  • Prepare reports for management on production efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector, in a supervisory capacity
