As a Mobile Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various construction machinery, including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your expertise will ensure that our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot equipment.
Train and mentor junior team members on best practices.
Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
Work closely with the safety team to implement hazard analysis.
Participate in emergency repairs when necessary.
Requirements
Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
Trade certificate in mechanical fitting or diesel mechanics preferred
Experience
3-5 years’ experience in equipment maintenance or mechanical repairs
