Job Description

We are in search of a Customer Success Manager with a passion for driving customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have fantastic interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and a knack for understanding client needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes when using our products, and actively promote product adoption and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Monitor client lifecycle and proactively engage at key points.
  • Utilize customer feedback to provide insights for process improvements.
  • Create success plans and strategies tailored to individual client goals.
  • Assist in developing customer success resources and best practice guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management

Languages
  • English: Fluent
