Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Develop and update support documentation for common issues.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
  • Assist with on-call support during designated hours.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
