Requirements

Education
  • Matric qualification or equivalent
  • Higher Certificate in Customer Service is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Experience with ticketing systems
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic
