We are seeking an experienced Industrial Production Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Johannesburg factory. You will be responsible for maximizing productivity and efficiency by implementing industry best practices and leading a dedicated team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing
