Job Description

The Purchasing Supervisor will oversee the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing practices. You will collaborate with suppliers and manage inventory levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Implement inventory tracking systems to streamline purchasing.
  • Review purchase orders and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and inform future purchasing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in procurement (e.g. CIPS) preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory/management role
