Job Responsibilities
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Implement inventory tracking systems to streamline purchasing.
  • Review purchase orders and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and inform future purchasing strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in procurement (e.g. CIPS) preferred
  • Negotiation Skilled in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management Proficient in managing inventory systems and stock levels.
  • ERP Systems Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Data Analysis Ability to analyze purchasing data to inform decisions.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team.
  • Analytical Thinking Highly skilled in analyzing data and problem-solving.
