Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role requires a passion for fostering growth and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. You will liaise with various departments to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training workshops and seminars.
• Assess and recommend external training providers as needed.
• Gather feedback from participants to refine training programs.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees with effective training.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks for skill development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Work closely with HR to integrate learning and development into performance management.
• Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Education
• Professional certification in Training and Development is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D roles

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
