As a Grounds Restoration Specialist, your key role will be to assess and restore various landscapes. You will develop tailored restoration plans while also managing the implementation of these initiatives, ensuring the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of sites for restoration, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement innovative landscaping practices that enhance biodiversity and sustainability.
• Engage with local stakeholders to understand community needs and incorporate feedback into restoration projects.
• Evaluate project performance and report on outcomes to management.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to landscaping and restoration projects.
• Develop and manage budgets for restoration projects, ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Utilize technology and software for project planning and management.
• Document all processes and methods for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Essential qualifications in Environmental Science or Restoration Ecology

Experience

• Experience leading teams in restoration environments is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Irrigation system expertise
