Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager based in Pretoria, you will lead our customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve developing and implementing customer service policies, monitoring team performance, and driving excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective customer service relationships.
  • Analyze customer service trends and suggest improvements.
  • Create training materials and resources for staff development.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new customer service representatives.
  • Identify training needs and conduct coaching sessions.
  • Implement recognition programs for outstanding service.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in customer service.
