Job Description

We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage employee benefits programs and ensure optimal employee satisfaction. The suitable candidate will work closely with HR to design, implement, and monitor benefits policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee health and wellness programs and handle associated inquiries.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of employee benefits communications.
  • Evaluate and negotiate benefits contracts with providers.
  • Regularly review and update benefits policies to reflect current regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback about benefits.
  • Maintain employee benefits records and ensure accuracy.
  • Work with external partners to enhance benefits offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
  • Postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and benefits coordination
