We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage employee benefits programs and ensure optimal employee satisfaction. The suitable candidate will work closely with HR to design, implement, and monitor benefits policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Administer employee health and wellness programs and handle associated inquiries.
Assist in the design and implementation of employee benefits communications.
Evaluate and negotiate benefits contracts with providers.
Regularly review and update benefits policies to reflect current regulations and best practices.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback about benefits.
Maintain employee benefits records and ensure accuracy.
Work with external partners to enhance benefits offerings.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
Postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience in HR and benefits coordination
