We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and a passion for helping businesses find their perfect match. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successfully placing them in roles across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives for critical roles in various sectors.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skill sets.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Utilize recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding in collaboration with HR.
• Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• HR certification is a plus

• Proven experience in a recruitment role
