Security Architect

Job Description

As our new Security Architect, you'll be at the forefront of our cybersecurity efforts. You will assess various security risks and design robust security frameworks to protect our digital assets. This position requires a proactive mindset and a passion for staying ahead of threats in an ever-evolving landscape.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the security design efforts for new projects, ensuring that best practices are followed.
• Identify key security controls necessary for protecting sensitive data and ensure they are effectively implemented.
• Work with compliance teams to ensure the organization's security measures align with necessary regulations such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
• Evaluate and deploy security solutions, tools, and products to enhance organizational security.
• Develop incident response strategies and lead investigations into security breaches.
• Act as a point of contact for security-related issues for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in information security or cybersecurity roles

Technical Skills

• Endpoint Security
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms: Experience with tools that gather and analyze threat intelligence.
