Job Description

We invite applications for the Dentist position at our Bloemfontein practice. You will perform various dental procedures, including restorations and extractions, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients. An emphasis on quality care and patient service is at the heart of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses based on dental examinations.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures to restore and maintain oral health.
  • Communicate efficiently with patients to explain treatments and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of dental professionals.
  • Implement preventative measures to reduce dental issues among patients.
  • Utilize digital tools and technology for diagnosing and treating dental conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in community outreach programs focusing on dental health.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
  • Seating license is preferable
Experience
  • Associate or higher position in clinical practice
