Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for the oversight of healthcare operations, staff management, and the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, all aimed at enhancing patient care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
• Oversee compliance with local and national healthcare regulations.
• Manage financial activities including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Implement training programs for healthcare staff.

• Monitor and evaluate quality improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
