Responsibilities

  • Set ambitious sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales personnel.
  • Provide product training and support to team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
