Responsibilities

• Assess the socio-economic impacts of proposed policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance policy effectiveness.
• Prepare presentations for various stakeholders including government officials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national legislation affecting public administration.
• Support capacity-building initiatives within local government.
• Draft communication materials to disseminate research findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field
• Master's degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in public policy analysis
