We are actively seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Pretoria. The right candidate will have a strong background in logistics, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations and manage team performance.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage inventory control processes, including audits and restocking.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
• Coordinate logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Establish efficient workflows and processes within the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Prepare operational reports for management review.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management

Technical Skills

• ERP Systems

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
