Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR policies and practices while being committed to creating a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and conduct training for staff on various HR topics.
  • Report on HR metrics and assist in the creation of HR policies.
  • Help resolve workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
  • Generate positive relationships among team members to promote a healthy work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of HR experience in various HR functions
