We are looking for a Switchboard Operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities
Receive and direct calls efficiently.
Provide information about the company's products and services.
Document all calls and messages accurately.
Assist with appointment scheduling.
Perform telecommunication equipment troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
Support internal communications between departments.
Participate in training sessions for new systems.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Matric certificate
CBX certification preferred
Experience
1-2 years in a customer service environment, preferably as a CBX Operator
