Job Description

We are looking for a Switchboard Operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct calls efficiently.
  • Provide information about the company's products and services.
  • Document all calls and messages accurately.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Perform telecommunication equipment troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Support internal communications between departments.
  • Participate in training sessions for new systems.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • CBX certification preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years in a customer service environment, preferably as a CBX Operator

Languages
  • English: Fluent
