Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to oversee our facilities in Cape Town, ensuring the delivery of excellent healthcare services. Your role will involve managing staff, coordinating healthcare operations, and improving patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall administration of the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery that complies with health sector regulations.
  • Supervise the administrative team and promote professional development.
  • Design and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate quality of care and patient satisfaction levels.
  • Interact with stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Ensure effective communication within the healthcare team.
  • Oversee the maintenance of patient records and billing processes.
  • Regularly review operational procedures to enhance performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration is highly regarded
