Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a knack for solving problems efficiently. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
• Process customer transactions and provide status updates.
• Identify trends in customer concerns to inform management.
• Ensure all customer communications are recorded accurately.
• Assist in the development of customer service training materials.
• Provide operational support to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Higher education in Customer Service Management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of proven experience in a customer service role
