Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in patients of all ages.
• Conduct routine wellness examinations and prescribe medications.
• Coordinate with auxiliary healthcare staff to enhance patient treatment.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle habits and preventive measures among patients.
• Analyze lab results and follow up on patient care adequately.
• Manage chronic disease care with a patient-centered approach.
• Lead health workshops and promote community wellness initiatives.
• Facilitate patient education on emerging health issues.
• Provide after-hours care and on-call support as required.
• Assist in the development of practice policies and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine or equivalent
• Fellowship in a relevant specialty is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in General Practice or Family Medicine
