Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Manager where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. We're looking for a leader with a proven track record in managing construction teams and achieving project milestones effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are progressing as scheduled.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, adjusting them as necessary to stay on track.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the construction process.
  • Assess risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and budget overruns.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts and change orders.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and new hires in construction best practices.
