Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to enhance our team in Durban. The ideal candidate should have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services.
  • Use creative means to find suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and facilitate interview processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate on team projects and initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior recruitment staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment role
