Job Description

As an HR Manager at Innovative HR Solutions, you'll be responsible for steering HR initiatives, implementing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies. A strong background in shaping workplace culture and handling employee relations is essential.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA with HR focus is preferred
