Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure effective onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Relevant HR certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on employee development
