Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include planning lessons, assessing student progress, and participating in school activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team for exceptional service.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant budget and expenses.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility.
  • Ensure all food safety standards are met.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the guest experience.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
  • Plan and implement training programs to improve service.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure quality products.
  • Analyze competition to adjust strategies for business growth.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry with at least 2 years in management
