We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all operations related to food and beverage services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our offerings. You will lead a dynamic team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue in food and beverage sales.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards.
  • Monitor food and beverage trends to introduce innovative offerings.
  • Manage vendor relationships for quality supplies.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in food and beverage areas.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Culinary Arts is a plus
  • Hospitality Management Degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role within food and beverage
