Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships and trust with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Drive customer onboarding and ensure client training is effective.
  • Evaluate customer needs regularly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Design and implement strategies that will improve customer retention.
  • Liaise with the product team to communicate customer feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the customer journey.
  • Monitor account health and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Set and report on customer success objectives and KPIs.
  • Assist in developing customer success resources and tools.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand their needs and expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or client relations
