As an HR Generalist in Cape Town, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
• Advise management on HR policies and best practices.

• Manage disciplinary and grievance processes to ensure fairness.
• Support legal compliance in HR policies at all times.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Conduct training sessions on compliance and HR topics.
• Develop job descriptions and performance appraisal formats.
• Facilitate team-building activities to boost morale.
• Liaise with external agencies for recruitment and training support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree or HR certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
