Are you passionate about working with pets? Paws & Claws Grooming is hiring a Pet Groomer! Responsibilities include bathing, clipping, and styling pets, while maintaining a clean and friendly salon environment. You'll provide a personal touch to each grooming session and help create lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide grooming services including wash, brush, and styling.
• Build rapport with pets and their owners to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep accurate records of grooming services and client preferences.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Foster a hygienic and safe working environment for pets.
• Educate clients on proper pet grooming techniques and aftercare.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Formal training in pet grooming is desired

Experience

• 2+ years in a grooming environment

Technical Skills

• Styling and trimming
• Health observation

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of pet nutrition: Understanding proper nutrition for different pet types.
• Customer relationship management experience: Experience in maintaining customer relationships.
