Job Description

As a Gas Station Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fueling their vehicles. You will also manage payment transactions and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the station.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers efficiently and handle all payment transactions with precision.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service station.
• Conduct minor maintenance checks on fuel pumps and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and stock ordering as per gas station standards.
• Resolve customer complaints with a friendly approach.
• Maintain safety equipment and follow emergency protocols diligently.
• Be proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize operations and service quality.
• Participate in promotional activities and sales strategies.
• Report operational issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Familiarity with gas station operations is advantageous.
