Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our client interactions in Cape Town. You will play a key role in addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your contributions will aim to strengthen our relationship with customers and improve our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in managing the customer service inbox and prioritize responses.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to our services and products.
  • Support various customer service projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Relations is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
