Join our Cape Town team as an Event Planner, where you will harness your skills in project management and creativity to deliver exceptional events. You'll liaise with clients, coordinate venues, and supervise event staff to create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design event concepts and themes to meet client goals.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee all aspects of logistics including catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Arrange for necessary permits and licenses.
• Develop and manage detailed event schedules.
• Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Provide creative input and recommend event enhancements.
• Coordinate audiovisual and technical support as needed.
• Monitor attendees' feedback during events for improvements.
• Work collaboratively with marketing to promote events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
• Additional certifications in event planning are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
