Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about creating impactful training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that enhance employee skills and foster growth. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy.
• Conduct performance evaluations to assess the impact of training.
• Facilitate change management training as necessary.
• Collaborate with IT to leverage technology in training delivery.
• Assess training effectiveness through various evaluation tools.
• Research and propose new training techniques and equipment.
• Foster partnerships with educational institutions for training resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, or related discipline
• Postgraduate studies in Education or Learning and Development is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training environments

• Content Development

• Learning and Development Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
