Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about creating impactful training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that enhance employee skills and foster growth. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops.
• Conduct training needs assessments to determine skill gaps.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to align training with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives.
• Cultivate a culture of learning and encourage continuous professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Implement e-learning and blended learning solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, or related discipline
• Postgraduate studies in Education or Learning and Development is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training environments

Languages
