Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Guide managers on employee relations issues and performance management.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Facilitate training workshops and seminars.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Coordinate staff appreciation and recognition programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Collaborate with payroll to manage compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze employee feedback and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification is an advantage

  • 3+ years in HR management and compliance
