Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Address incoming customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and service metrics for management.
  • Engage in continuous learning about our products to provide informed assistance.
  • Train new team members on customer service best practices.
  • Assist in the development of customer support resources and FAQs.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service, Communication or a related field
  • Degree in Business or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in an office environment.
