Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations in our Johannesburg facility. You will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and improving service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare policies and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of quality assurance programs.
  • Facilitate effective communication between healthcare staff and patients.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning for healthcare services.
  • Assess and improve healthcare delivery processes.
  • Drive initiatives for patient engagement and education about services and rights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferable
Experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in healthcare settings
