Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will be responsible for managing diverse HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in Pretoria. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, as well as fostering positive employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for various roles.
  • Create and update policies relating to employee management.
  • Advise management on compliance with HR regulations.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvements.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to address staff performance issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
