Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations effectively.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to enhance client experiences.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Develop account growth plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on service offerings and performance.
  • Ensure all client documentation and records are maintained accurately.
  • Proactively identify potential issues with client accounts and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing client accounts in service-oriented industries
