Job Description

As a Site Supervisor at Top Construction Group, you will play a crucial role in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control. We are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction crews and coordinate activities on-site.
• Evaluate work performance and provide feedback to the teams.
• Ensure the availability of materials and tools required for construction.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding project updates.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in site supervision
