Job Description

Join our Port Elizabeth team as a Technical Support Specialist where you'll provide outstanding support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client requests and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on client systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical challenges.
  • Create and maintain user manuals and training materials.
  • Stay updated with new products and services to provide informed support.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by providing training and support.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
