Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing placements. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Perform background checks and reference checks as needed.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Prepare reports on recruitment metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance the employer brand.
• Provide training and support to junior recruitment staff.
• Update and maintain job descriptions and recruitment procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance recruitment skills.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy
