Job Description

Join our team as a Legal Advisor in Cape Town where you will provide strategic legal guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate law and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges while supporting our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage risk assessments.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the senior leadership team.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide strategic legal recommendations for business initiatives.
• Assist in corporate branding and trademark registrations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Business Law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience dealing with commercial contracts
